One should never forget to clean their tongue as this will remove the microbial layer/coat formed over the tongue thus adding freshness to the breathe. Individual should choose a medium or soft bristled tooth brush and a fluoride containing tooth paste. However, the technique of tooth brushing is more important than the material chosen for brushing. All the surfaces of the tooth should be cleaned with gentle force for not more than 1-2min. This should be followed by flossing which helps to remove the pathogens or microorganism in between the teeth area.
